I contacted Access Chimneys because of a stove I had that wasn’t working correctly. Access Chimneys carried out a full survey of the stove and installation and found it to be incorrectly installed. They removed our stove, relined our chimney and correctly reinstalled our stove. The difference is amazing. It was great to find a company that is so professional and knowledgeable. John and his team installed a solid fuel stove for us. I had great trouble finding an installer who would do the job properly and from the moment I contacted Access Chimneys I had every confidence that they were the right company to do the work. He carried out the work over two days and with very little mess for what is obviously a dirty job. We had a chimney fire recently and needed to use the services of Access Chimneys. They carried out a CCTV survey of our chimney and found it was badly damaged after the fire. They handled the insurance claim with and carried out a full relining of the chimney flue. They covered the room and protected our furniture and left the room spotless afterwards.
